      I recently came across an Instagram reel that spoke about how humans, too, undergo rebirth— spiritually . The idea fascinated me. I began wondering what it really takes to be reborn within this very lifetime. At first, my thoughts were rooted in the material world. Later, I realized that the reel wasn’t talking about a physical rebirth at all—it was pointing toward spiritual rebirth .
