Scrum in real life
Scrum methodology is a empirical framework built on 4 pillars - Iterative development, incremental delivery, high quality functionality, cross functional & self organised scrum teams. It is applied to complex projects in software as quite often you need to inspect and adapt during this process to reach the goal. The good old 'relay race' styled game (read waterfall model) is being replaced with 'rugby' styled game (read agile process model) to counter the complex project. When applied to real life, isn't is how you spent your days in school or college?
