Future of learning
Future is .... - World is changing at a pace that is unalarming in this 21st century. Uncertainty and complex situations are expected at a fast pace. Institutions are expected to adapt themselves and make way for future learners and tutors to adapt to it as well, emphasizing on learning. - Students will become life long learners. Needs, preferences, choices and way of learning is changing among the learners. There short attention span, technologically exposure and engagement thru social media making learners (students) more vulnerable to focus less and ability to concentration less. Expectation is to coach them to become creative problem solvers who adapts to any situation. - Tutors are expected to change from teaching to coaching the learners to think creatively, solve problems, adapt to new ways of learning (tutors to self learn as well as coach this).
