My experiments with cooking...
I love food. Thou I enjoy simple home made food, Mexican burritos and Asian stir fried rice, momos are some of my favorites. It is in this quest to enjoy the simple pleasures that I started experimenting with cooking. Just yesterday I cooked Ghee rice at home. It did come out well. I have been preparing some healthy snacks like sweet corn salad, vegetable raitha, chutneys etc. Some of the main course dishes that I have tried recently have been Jeera Rice, Ghee Rice to name a few. I do enjoy the raitha preparation as curd is one of my fav ingredient. Rajma masala is also my fav along with plain rice. Along with my wife, a couple of things that I have tried are the Italian pasta (tomato puree based) which is my fav as well. She has started enjoying the cooking as well.
