          When I hear the word ‘Game’, it gives me a sense of pleasure. Yes I always loved sports, be it cricket, table tennis, table pool. Isn’t the competitiveness in the game that drives us towards it? The thrill of winning from a losing situation, the character building sportsman spirit, the rising hormones while playing all makes it interesting, yet fun. One part is the outdoor games, but the thrill is totally on the online games, I heard. I honestly am not much into any online gaming. Now, I always wondered what goes into making these online games. Let me start with the basics of any game: a)       Goal – What is the point in playing a game without having a goal? It is after all, the ultimate reach that drives us to succeed or loss. Real challenge in IT Support!

     For a change I wanted to write on something related to work. For those who don't know, I work in Information Technology and in a technical support role. Let me convey this, I love my job. Yes I have always enjoyed my job. It feels great to even say this.     With 13 years of experience in my field of work, I see major hiccups in this field is not the expertise in your work but simple co-ordination among the team members.  A task however simple it is, when done well leads to so much of satisfaction to us. Don't you agree? Imagine all those pieces of work giving satisfaction to individuals but as a team unable to add those pieces to make it a frame. That is the challenge I see.     I am sure you would have played the game of Dumb Charades. It involves word guessing by a team when an individual is showcasing it thru actions (lip sealed!!) and strictly no talking.
