Newcomer!

I always postponed things in my life. Be it my marriage, or getting a promotion or even a child. But one thing definitely is true. Whatever happened to me at the time when it supposed to happen till date, made my life better.     Dude, don't get a wrong picture, I love my life. Just that I did not rush anything here(this life on this planet Earth). One thing definitely made an impact that I never thought would do.      That is the newcomer to our life a year ago. Let me go back to April last year. I was at the hospital and never expected would even get inside the operation theater in my life to see whats in store for me. Hurrah, but I did! At around noon, I was blessed with a little fellow whom I had already spoken to. This guy was communicating with me even before he was born. Yes from his womb, non-verbally thou. His birth brought tears in her eyes. I thought she was disappointed that we had a boy. Little did I knew that she was happy that her...

Popularity - would it really define your future income online?

About couple of months back when I was going to a temple with my family through a nearby village, I happened to see some young folks hardly around 20 years of age with camera. At some distance there was another group with their mobile phones hanging and a young fellow capturing a video of his friends dancing. What stuck me is the craze these young generation are showing to make videos for online platforms.       Let us deep dive a bit. Are these folks here for money or popularity or both? What is driving them to become short video makers which are hardly a minute or two? Of course, its the money and then the idea that they can become popular quiet fast and easily. But isn't it a misnomer. Don't you think this path is quiet misleading.      What is even more depressing is to think that every body can monetize money thru online platforms like Tiktok,  Instagram or YouTube. Yes few of them succeed, but its very handful of them....

Living (he)artfully

I thank God for giving humans a break. I know many agree with me as this lock down phase or the Covid-19 effect is showing us what we as humans need to introspect. I can hear the sound of the birds chirping at my house, even heard that the Yamuna river is now 50% less populated. Look at the Bangalore air, we have 60% less pollution. Can't we as Human Beings, being part of this Universe, give back this much to the mother Nature? The least we can do is stay home for at least a month or a couple of it, to save it.       Mother Nature knows how to balance the karma as per the laws. It is indeed shameful that we were forced to obey. We being the most intelligent species on the planet should have learnt how to survive without spoiling it. But unfortunately our egos did not let it be so. Instead we were humbled forcefully by Her. I just hope at least we learn now.        Macro economically, a country's progress need not have to b...
