Art of visualizing!

      Imagine you are the Steve Jobs in your company. What would your next innovative idea be? How would you implement it? Write to me on this.

       Let me imagine myself the same too and below snippet comes with that preset mind. Relax your body and mind with deep breaths for atleast 5 mins. Close your eyes and imagine a large TV Screen.
Put these steps on the TV screen with you as the main actor. Try to put in as much details as possible.
See every detail on the screen with you and your network in it.

Step 1 - I am good at process implementation and I am looking for the opportunities to eliminate/reduce waste using Lean principles sitting at my office desk.

Step 2 - I am capturing the operational efficiency this process improvement brought it before and after.

Step 3 - I am highlighting the same with top management and required stakeholder with the proof of concept I just achieved. 

Step 4 - I am taking their buy-in to implement it at a larger scale. I am seeing that people near to me are helping me in this implementation.

Step 5 - Repeat steps 1 to 3 for this larger scale and prove it.

Step 6 - Achieve the success or learn from the failure. Either way I am not losing.

Celebrate on the achievement. However small a celebration, it aids to do more. Hurray!!!

Learnings from the failure will add to your experience. You now know what not to do! How was this for visualization?

Bring in some emotions when you visualizing it. The secret to success of visualization is imagining two or more people similar to you who are benefiting. This secret sauce of helping others will make your goal easier.
